In the event of a full or partial refund, please note the following protocols:

  • Non-Refundable Costs:   All administrative, processing, and merchant fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time elapsed since the booking or the nature of the cancellation. These fees cover the non-recoverable costs associated with the initial research, booking, and final transaction execution.
  • Refund Processing: Any remaining eligible amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • Alternative Charges: In cases where direct refunds are not feasible, administrative costs may be settled via a separate charge before submitting full or partial refund, as described in our service agreement.
