Travelers agree to contact Vertex Travel LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in cancellation of services, suspension of future bookings, and recovery actions for any costs, penalties, or administrative fees incurred.
